“I believe art enriches an individual’s quality of life." – Nan Miller
The Nan Miller Gallery has provided artwork to private collectors, design professionals and corporations since 1970. The gallery’s retail space in Rochester, NY closed in November 2017. However, Nan Miller’s connection to the art world continues as an expert in the field who provides personalized art services.
Today, Nan represents a select stable of her favorite artists who encompass a broad range of styles, mediums and price points. She educates clients about artists’ techniques and how their artwork relates to collecting in today’s market, as well accommodating their specific needs.
Nan has served as a key player in the art industry for 45 years. Her former retail location was the longest running family-owned art gallery in Rochester. She regularly featured artwork not readily accessible to the area, such as images by Modern Masters, renowned metal sculpture, cutting-edge glass, wood and mix-media designs.
Nan’s career has encompassed a vast range of accomplishments in the art world. As an art distributor, she helped launch the careers of many artists, including Romero Britto and Hamilton Aguiar. The Nan Miller Gallery has participated in more than 50 art fairs across the globe, including New York Art Expo, SOFA Chicago, the Toronto International Art Fair, the Millionaire Fair in Amsterdam, Hong Kong Expo, Art Miami, Art Hamptons and Art Palm Beach, among others.
For 13 years, she coordinated the Philadelphia Art Show to benefit St. Christopher’s Children’s Hospital, and has supported numerous fundraisers for organizations such as the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Mary Cariola Children’s Center, the Al Sigl Center, Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester General Hospital, Gilda’s Club Rochester, Rochester City Ballet, Rochester Fashion Week to benefit The Center for Youth and more.
Nan looks forward to her continued relationship with her existing clients, as well as other art enthusiasts, from the first-time art buyer to the seasoned collector. Inquiries should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Nan Miller Gallery is available by appointment.
